Thread: How to convert .rar file to .mpeg format

I am using Windows XP operating system. Yesterday I installed one software file which is rar file. But now I tried to extract this but I am not able to convert it into mpeg format. Please help what is this and how do i resolve that issue. Any idea would be appreciated.

I think your PC is infected by virus because of this it is not able to perform the action that you want to do. Try to scan your PC using updated antivirus. After it is been done delete the detected threat and then try to run the process.
