How does one put a password to “Open as Administrator"?

When go to opening as administrator is that time you have to open a program or elevated command prompt?

When go to "run as administrator" option seen in the right click menu you have to already log on as the admin. If a password was set currently when first installing Windows or later one was added you would then type that in.

You can also go through XP installation bootable cd to the recovery console and logging in as admin there for repairs once the installation is detected and listed onscreen. Other then that the simply selection of "run as administrator" is also seen when selecting the option to run a program in compatibility mode for a prior version of Windows.
