Thread: Can’t find Group Policies

Hello, I work on Windows XP Pro network with a Samba 3 PDC. I have to enable group policies, but i don’t understand where to found. First i thinking maybe i could do it via .bat files. To have the machines download the .bat from the Samba's share dir upon logon but I haven’t found a way to do it. I need to stop people from installing software that promises to delete viruses and other spyware.
Does anyone have a direct solution to do this with Samba?

Friend the widows you are using is samba, that certainty is that there is something different in samba form windows xp
samba is for remote sharing and printing wizard, so it does not give some of the utilities.

So try using windows nt4 or others if you are involved in group policy editor
or try searching to find choice of it
