Thread: Having problem in playing media files

I have installed XP on my PC. I am having a problem in playing my media files especially movies, when i double click on the movie file it opens and also start playing but the only problem is showing tiled that is playing but upside down. Please tell me how to get rid of this problem i would be really very thankful to you.

Uninstall codec packs you have, just install xvid and DivX codecs. Once uninstalling the codec’s ensure you go to your system 32 folder and remove any files that have xvid or DivX in the filename before you reinstall. Use ffdshow and set “flip video” in it and it will work for you.
