Default Drag & Drop very slow scrolling with Drives

If I open Windows Explorer and attempt to Drag & Drop a file to a drive WAY DOWN
the list, when I find to the bottom of the window, the Window scrolls up slower than
a snail’s there some keystroke or other way to get the window to scroll FAST as drag and drop

I have drive partitions C though N and dragging something in C:\program files to N:\somewhat or further is actually slow to scroll down there.

Running various drives withverious versions of Windows I run into that every time with copy paste process where the CPU acquire busy right at that instant tending to see scrolling and browsing folders in universal slowed down just a little while any files are being copied.

Burning to optical slows all even more thus Once you place a good load on the CPU Windows tends to crawl despite which edition while the fresh 7 look to work at a faster pace there over XP and Vista. Scroll speed is normally something you set in the control panel>mouse scroll settings there if you start with a scroll wheel. Speeding up the speed it however has to be seen in small growth to be helpful.
