Thread: Security Center for missing

I've arrive across some systems where in the Security Center the choice to change alert settings were missing from the side bar. Here are the steps to restore the option to the side bar so you can change your settings. Open the security center. Click the Turn on now button and the option will show on the side bar. Click to Change the way security center alerts.

You can now select how the security center alerts you. Including removing the system tray icon.

I shall have to give that a seem later one time I reboot into Vista to see if there's any problem seen here. Since rule I have that stop for the use of the quick launch bar and a 3rd party adds on taskbar. If the problem seen that will be careful of it fast sufficient.
