Thread: DVD ROM is not working

I am using Windows XP operating system with 2 GB RAM and Core2Duo processor. I tried to burn a RW-CD but it was not working. But I am able to burn CD. After this thing my DVD ROM is not working. I tried with reinstalling OS but the problem is it is not even detecting the DVDs. All possible replies and comments are appreciated.

Try a cleaning disk to clean the DVD lens. CD lens and DVD lens are separated.
