Thread: SP2 installation problem

I am presently running Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2. Now my problem is that I just downloaded a latest prerelease version called Service Pack 2. Now after I complete downloading the application, I ran it and it told me I needed to uninstall the older prerelease version. But, I don't understand how to do it. Can someone help me?

TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM FOLLOW STEPS

1. Click the Start menu and select Control Panel.

2. Select Uninstall a Program from the the Control Panel

3. On the left, select View Installed Updates.

4. In the list of updates, seem for Service Pack for Microsoft Windows and choose it.

5. Select Uninstall.

6. The uninstall will obtain several time.

7. You will be asked to restart the machine, SP2 Beta is currently uninstalled.
