Thread: Video Playback problem with the System

While I play video at times I find an artifact near the system cursor. After that anything I do the system will freeze in 4-5 minutes. If I try to reboot it will freeze instantly. I've tried it on both windows Vista 32bit and 64 bits. I'm sure this is not a hardware problem, because I presently run Linux as my major system and there are not any problems at all.

Possibly it’s because your GFX is receiving over heated and this sometime is cause by GFX Drivers also .thus try updating your graphics card drivers .i don't see any other reason for this and I think the reason why u don't see the similar problem might be that it’s not using Hardware acceleration .
