    Default Authorizations for Admin

    With windows Vista not permit the admin to remove applications on the PC?I have a 64bit windows Vista system and I want to remove the SQL Server 2005 Compact version so I can upgrade other software.

    Usually an Admin should be capable to remove any software. If your system under domain then the Domain Admin has more freedom and by Group Policy they can stop the local admin to uninstall software
