The question is that I am looking for programs that would do windows file sharing over tcp/ip. Reason being is.. I m sick of windows networking. and i would like to safe my box so i dont have to have 10+ services and ineffective protocols running. I'm using windows 7 ultimate. I have tried simple LAN in the past and it seems to work..I would like to be able to share files over a LAN without needing any other protocol except for tcp/ip .
