I just purchased a new laptop with windows 7 installed. When I tried to connect to it, the network asked me for the password and the right one was entered by the computer said that it was not right. We checked that it was correct and also the correct decryption type and security type were selected. When we tried to connect it using the button on the router we found that my computer has a red "X" next to the network name and we can't solve how to i it to attempt to connect.
