Default Get long period to wake up

I'm presently using the RTM edition of Windows 7 64-bit, and exclude for the known problem, there's one that only I seem to get.

When my system is in sleep mode for a long time,to wake up get around one minute. It's fast when it's only been sleeping for a minimum period.

sometime it yet BSODs with the screen off, then as I check out Event Viewer it blames the Video Driver. And yes, I've tried many dissimilar video card drivers: ATIs and Microsoft's.
