The better direction to label the partition on any usb flash drive as well any hard drive is to do so by the Disk Management tool or the program used for acquiring or writing the ISO to make up a boo table usb key for installing Windows from a usb device. fixing with the autorun.ini could see problems when you won't know until really tested to see the results.
A far better characteristic for an actual working help for seeing windows 7 installed from a usb key or even seeing any live Linux distro or even the Linux drive tool GParted booted from a usb flash drive is seen in the How to make a Windows 7 Installation USB key direct referenced
