Thread: CPU Temperature!

Hell Everyone...

I’m operating Vista Ultimate SP2 32-bit on my Laptop which has a Core Duo T2350, 4GB of DDR2 RAM. My CPU temperature when inactive is around 60-65 degrees C. Though, when I run any 3D programs or 3D games my CPU temperature bounds equal to 85-92 Degrees C. is that normal, or must I get my laptop checked out??
Please help me out...

That does looks to be somewhat hot, but in your part of the world it’s going to get hot.
I will clean all expels and ensure the system fan is working OK.

One more choice is to get a Laptop cool mat, this will decrease the temperature.

There is a bit that I tried and I believe it worked, altering game choices to run in Direct3D instead of than OpenGL. The CPU temperature dropped from 96 C. to 78 C.
