Thread: Problem in Ati Driver

in my windows Xp system I have an Ati video card. when ever I attempt to start the TV it says it failed to start. when I start the Computer check it says the capture drivers aren't installed I attempted acquiring them from the Ati website. They install satisfactory but when I reboot nothing changes.
