    Default unable to Delete a File

    when you recognize for a reality that it’s not in use ? Or perhaps you have attempted to delete a folder, but you couldn’t since a “File in the chose folder is even in use by Windows ? I’ve increased to my Context menu. ALAS, sometime not still that will work what then ? Do you have to Reboot your computer to be capable to delete that file ?

    The Command Prompt is what’s left of the old DOS and many of us are old plenty to have really utilized it as our main windows.

    This session wants that you open the Command prompt as an Administrator and that you can approach the folder from Windows.

    1. Go to the Start-button and type CMD in the search area

    2. as you consider the program in the list, right-click on cmd.exe and select Run as Administrator. This will open the Command Prompt Window with Administrative permits.

    3. you Windows Explorer, open the folder you require to delete a file from. Click on the Adress-field to expose the rightful folder path.

    4. particular the path from the Colon

    5. Right-Click the highlight part, and choose Copy

    6. Go back to your Command-Window and type:CD.

    7. at present Type:CD and Paste in the path using Right-Click, Paste

    8. To confirm you are in the proper folder you can type: DIR. This will indicate you the folder capacities.

    9. To delete the file getting you problems, typeEL[file name] /F /Q.
    same as this: DEL filename.dat /F /Q the F means: Delete File still IF it’s described as Read simply The Q means: you don’t have to C If you require to delete all files in the folder, you can use wild cards instead of File name like this: DEL *.* /F /Q

    I have same problem too. And after days of searching and trying to doing all the things but can't solved my problems. I finally found this software: Delete Long Path File Tool. It's GREAT. You can find it and solved your problems.
