Thread: Black screen

I have a little problem. When the computer turns on but the brain if the screen goes black with MESSAGE that says to monitor is unplugged. Could help me please.

Message is telling you that the monitor is off check the cable is tight you could also check with another screen, this screen will not turn it on a different PC just to check the video card as the memories.

You may also be able to use another cable and / or video to rule out that these are damaged.
