The File Manager of Windows 3.x and Windows NT 3.x have remained in Windows 98 and Windows NT 4.0 for compatibility with earlier developments as regards the aspect of the work environment is concerned, with previous versions of Windows Operating System .Currently the most advanced interface is Windows Explorer.

It is very easy to find and download the necessary files for all our programs. If for example we have a program that asks us to run a file xxx.dll this will not start until you are in our system.

There are pages how are you from which to search and locate the required file but usually not enough to download and copy the same directory where we have the program it is likely that despite all the program is not running and not running normal.
