Default Bios does not detect CD ROM

Hello, I had a problem which is quite tedious, what happens is that my pc does not recognize cd rom drive, check in bios and tell me that the unit is not installed, also check the data bus and all good, clear the Lower Filters and Upper Filters and nothing, if anyone knows how to solve this problem would help me really thanks in advance.

Let's start because of the bios setup detects the optical drive: The settings made in the unit between master and slave is correct if your system has another integrated unit??...Check that both are not set as master or slave. If they are set correctly ...Have integrated the data bus correctly between the drive and motherboard?

Also try replacing it temporarily. Try connecting the drive to another IDE or SATA channel on the motherboard, if you can also change the power molex. If after all this the drive is not detected properly ...Proceeds to connect this to another system and see if the setup detects it and working well …

I did the following, connect the hard disk channel CD drive and hard drive to channel CD drive, CD drive was recognized in bios, but no hard disk and the machine failed to start, will be that out of the motherboard failure?

Has proceeded to change the data bus? If the problem persists asynchronous and has no doubt that the problem is your motherboard IDE channel...
