One of the matters bothering me in Windows is that it is so arrange on utilizing my C-Drive to store everything. I have a 256 GB C-Drive which is acquiring better and better where as my D-Drive barely stores anything.
Requiring Windows to utilize the D-Drive for applications is of course potential but somehow I sense that it should propose it by itself. Particularly when the C-Drive is acquiring fuller and fuller.
Some other matter that bugs me is that if I would like to move several of my installed applications over to the D-Drive I have to uninstall it from the C-Drive and re-Install it on my D-Drive. Such a destroy of time. Why can’t I simply tell Windows to MOVE it for me?
When we expect for Microsoft to come around I have a success piece of software here that permits me to move some installed application from same Drive to some other without all the hassle observed earlier. It’s called Steam-mover.
Originally Steam Mover was formulated to help heavy gamers to arrange the space on their hard drive. Preceding a game from one disk to other without re-installing it and risk releasing some saved game data is quite the dashing task. But realizing as moving some program from one place to another is simply as hard Steam Mover can be used by anyone on any program.
I have tried out it with important success on my Windows 7 64bit system. I began out testing it on smaller not so grievous if I release it applications and moved on to larger ones like Firefox.
