I have no clue how to charge the battery. When I turn the computer makes a one beep and then led over to i attempted to remove hard disk and reader as well as reinserting the wireless card and ram but no recovery. Any idea?

The issue with your machine is the GPU chip, can be repaired. Just require getting it repaired and it is due to a heat sink which will maintain your laptop cool. The repair process is entirely unarming and warming your laptop video chip with a heat gun to 1300 watts, first put a thing called flux.
