Just go for SLI board and NVidia as you are choosing Intel.

If you're utilizing less than 3 sate 3 ports on boards that have 2 sata3s then you're fine. If not attempting to put the ones that are used lesser like your dvdrw onto the affected sata2 ports. The problem affects 5-15% of users over the duration of 2-3 years depending on the user's usage. If you can't sleep at night due to that issue the local network is either functioning on a solution on the affected boards?

I take in for GTX 560 vs. 570 but the HD 6950 had cost performance ratio.
