I personally assured this in my machine after reading your post. When I record video from my webcam, and later that when I play this file to the time I get the output looking on the setting I did. I think you need to check the setting of the first and then try to save the video and then check if the same problem occurs or not. I hope this information will be useful for you.

I was the same problem with my webcam and after they tried to solve this problem by trying many things, but no help. I also checked all settings in the software of my webcam from Logitech, but there was nothing wrong with my setup. Now, from what I've noticed that it was not my webcam or webcam software from Logitech, but it was my media player that is causing this problem

I have gone through the above solution, and after seeing the solution I checked all the settings and all settings are fine. Now, after that, I also tried to check my printing to a file in different media players, but I have the same question to another player as well. Now, I do not know what's wrong with my system. When I check the web with other computers and then when you record a video at the time did not give me anything and that is why I am confident that my webcam works properly.

As far as I recognize you should test to defeat this trouble by getting rid of the Logitech webcam to your machine and then run a registry cleaner for your pc. Now, after operating a registry cleaner, you must restart the machine and set up the software Logitech webcam on your pc. Now, after doing this, you need to check if the similar trouble is arriving or not.
