Default Trouble with turning PC on

I'm accepting problems axis my computer on. The alone way I can get it to run is if I if I use a wire to abbreviate the blooming and atramentous affairs on the psu. If I do this the computer will run accomplished but I accept to leave the jumper wire in added astute the computer will about-face off completely. If I don't use the wire the ablaze on the motherboard will about-face on but annihilation abroad will run. I replaced the psu to see if that was the botheration but I still accept to jump it with the new one.

Am confirm it is due to few error with your Power Supply or any other hardware but likely with the power supply. See if you have any other PSU, substitute the same and see if it functions well. You can too assure out these content with the similar trouble.

I tested it with 2 different power supplies and the consequence arises with together. I can acquire the PC to function with together psu if I leave in the jumper cable but less it, the PC would not run. Since the computer functions well with the jumper in, I guess I am wondering if any harm could arrive from functioning the PC similar to this.

I get that the green wire is a ground and the black is a so low voltage line that will begin the PSU when grounded. You cannot simply acquire shocked from it. One thing to watch out for is make sure to use a WIRE not a paper clip if you are going to do this long term. Some paper clips will heat up and could cause consequence because of the heat (similar with little gauge wire). Other than that it is well to function the PC.
