As I purchased the harmony one remote just previous one month before. The remote was functioning well and suddenly when I went to turned on the television what I found out that the touch display was not functioning. As I had the similar consequence with the Logitech harmony one machine touch screen acquired harmed on the day I acquired it in my hand. For which I instantly contacted the Logitech support care for the consequences. They told me that they will be substituting the machine and will be acquiring it within 5-7 business days.

As you are saying that you acquired the remote substituted as your touch screen was not responding. So for this I need to say that you acquired the machine substituted as your touch screen was not functioning immediate later the shipping. But in my case the machine touch screen stopped functioning later one month of buying it. So I would wish to familiar will the machine acquire substituted or not.
