Thread: Unable to acquire sound later "attaching" headphone with Dell Wireless 370

I have Bluetooth headset which I am testing to link it with my dell studio xps 16 which have Dell Wireless 370 Bluetooth small card. Just my headset acquire linked with my laptop correctly but later that I have when test to listen any thing at that time I do not acquire sound on my headset. Please tell me what I should do to figure out this trouble.

You have to first test to figure out this trouble through unparing the Bluetooth headset from your laptop and later that you have to couple your Bluetooth headset with your laptop again and then you have to assure whether you are acquiring sound similar trouble or not. May times through reconnecting the machine can assist you to figure out this kind of trouble.

Have you assured any other Bluetooth machine with your dell studio xps 16 laptop? If you have not tested then you have to first couple any other headset with your laptop and later that you have to assure whether you capable to acquire sound in that machine or not. if you acquire sound correctly with other headset then it means trouble is with your headset and if you do not acquire sound later linking other headset with your laptop too then it means trouble is with your laptop.

There was similar trouble happened with my laptop too and later that I have tested many result to figure out this trouble but later that too I was acquiring the similar trouble and later that I have arrive to familiar this A2DP drivers can figure out this trouble and then I have downloaded the A2DP drivers in my laptop and later installing the A2Dp drivers in my laptop all the trouble acquire solved.

This trouble can be figured out through uninstalling the Dell Wireless 370 drivers from your laptop and then installing the Dell Wireless 370 drivers in your laptop again and later doing that your trouble will acquire figured out. You should go to the machine manager first. Later that uninstall the Dell Wireless 370 manager and then restart the laptop.
