The primary differentiation among Zvii and Zvii Plus is the absence of a meshed side panel on regular Z7. The Plus does have that lock and too which arrives with a 120-mm fan set up and a place for setting up a second 120-mm fan and a controller to permit you to control the velocity of these 2 fans. Zalman markets the additional fan as 'free' fan but there is merely no other spot where this additional spare 120-mm could be set up.


The supplied fans are ranged at an RPM of a max up to 1,100 rpm and a maximum sound level of 22 dB. On the regular Z7 you can include the 2 side fans as well, but no velocity controller is available.
