Default Live from the USB stick to the desktop

Hello, I made me a couple of days with "Linux Live USB Creator," a live USB flash drive with persistent mode, as Betreibsystem I have chosen Lubuntu 11.10, now of course I have my Lubuntu added some programs such as Gimp, Inkscape, OpenOffice, etc. MuseScore, My question is, since the ubuntu me on my live USB stick just like how I've set up there, whether it is possible from the live stick with all subsequently installed programs and facilities to create an ISO file, and from an installation DVD. It saves me so that I, as I regularly lead by a new installation, the steady download the software.

If I install from the USB flash drive, I installed it only Lubuntu in the raw version, but I would like the software that I've collected in stages with installed. I initially also thought that if I install from the Live USB drive, all the software that I installed later on the live USB stick I used to install, which seems to not be or have I missed something ...

Hmm, given enough memory was actually running KLA, i can not think there's a different way: You can create a script with synaptic which files are downloaded, then you install as normal Kubuntu and lead from the script via Synaptic. The necessary files / programs will be installed later, does everything a mouse click, if you are satisfied with the outcome, you can then set it so in the future as an ISO.

Have the problem solved to start I had to KLA in the terminal "uck gui" type, which I did not know, thereupon began the program as usual and of course I need + - 5 GB free space, In other words, it appears to actually operate thanks to all for your answers If I have problems in the further course, I'll get back.
