What happens I have a process sempron 2.2 but I get this running at 1.5 GHz and can raise the performance of my processor without burning?

That, in working the process only goes up to 2200 MHz; it's a way of saving energy.

Dependent for the performance you want.

If it is to do business as usual, leave with Cool & Quiet enabled and ready.

If it's for playing, disable Cool & Quiet. Read the guide to overclock this board to guide you.

Low CPU-Z to know more about your process.
