    Default New to Overclocking

I have just learned that this is the overclocking and I am quite interested in learning it, I've been reading some topics and I download the ATI tool and Riva tuner to start, but before doing so I would like to give me some tips avoid problems with my notebook, which I discuss the risks overclocked and I mentioned that temperature is advisable to go with the PC (because I understand that if it is risky)

The forum is quite good, congratulations.

It is not advisable to make a vga overclock a notebook; of course this depends on the model of your video card.

First gives more information on your notebook model and especially the vga

    Greetings.

The vga is the video card?

In any case that information can get to Everest, right?

Where can I find the part?

The overclock to succeed in the notebook will be so minimal that the only difference q in the game will notice the increase in temperature.

I recommend you go to your pc and then start looking where the jumper to reset the bios and go back to their original state if the damn pass. After getting to know you see is what q you can not do.

    Greetings.

A to this, not just I overclocked the video card, I would increase the overall capacity (if I can with my notebook, I'd like to try with my pc, the problem is that I am asked a password to enter the bios.

To show that an increase overclock performance q'll raise more visible at least a 30% upward... something almost impossible in a notebook. Also apart from the temperature as being against. is the use of drums. For my part, I investigate only to overlock to note that I have... But only after default (normal or manufactured)

I tried to unlock the bios ... just one question: do that to the BIOS not to bring other unwanted consequences on my computer? This jumper I have no idea where, but I guess that by reading this page of the Statute on armed and computer parts should be found.

That goes to that oc in notebooks do not produce a difference? I would like to know the reasons...

Finally, on the temperature, how the monitoring and more or less of what should not happen?

It was the best option; my notebook is almost all respects more powerful than my PC.

The BIOS that will unlock it with a flip pass that caught some forums, but I think the CPU q open. And how about the temperature should not happen in general? I mean, just to get an idea of when it becomes dangerous ...

I heard that you can divert to the video ram, q there is truth in that? If so, how is this done?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi.

We got that setup on your machine: micro, memory, motherboard, and source and then put pictures of the BIOS so you can help.
