    Default Overclocking Athlon x2 5200 +

Tell them a few days ago my new pc... With an athlon x2 5200 + (2700mhz) and mother k9a2 Brisbane cf v2 and the thing is when you overclock, for example now I have to 2950mhz, and reboot the pc or store values in the bios (when it is restarted) this does not boot say stick in the boot, I have to get through this and understand and shut it down.. Say it is not as odious as the problem... But I am not sure, that it may be that this happens when the rpms of the fans down... I may be a source, but when on Windows is completely stable with and super pi, does not shut down any of that...

If anyone has the notion that it may be, I ask to have.

No, actually I'm using Intel. It may take a bit of voltage to the chipset.

How much is your source? Always good to look at the value of the voltages, not much lower, such that this in no 12v v 11.2 (which is dangerous).

Is a screen of everest... so I see the voltages are fine...? Anyway it is a source of 450W ... that is why??..... As little is increased 2700 to 2950, to destabilize... I say.

I am sure is the source, I have your same board V2, an Athlon x2 4800 + (2.5GHz) and got it to 3.0 GHz and I was not given any drama, I have a source of WIN550UBN HEC 550W. I will KREO by the source.

You blame the bios at first instance ... flashie but three times... and as usual ... and another note is reset when the consumption of porke fans (if you hear carefully) and windows when the process is fully loaded (100%) using orthos for example .. note is a low voltage and also in rpm fan, so these symptoms I believe is the source ...
Definitely be the source, I install the atitool 2.7 and 2.6 no me funk i oc it started about the vga, I realized step when the stock 400 MHz core and 410 MHz with 10 oc, the voltage of the 12v line fell to 11.8 from 12.1, while more oc but i came down to 11.7 with 420 MHz of oc, stopped .. or if not me a system crash ..

Remove devices let alone deep mobo just 1 hdd and the ram presisas t esque video if you have integrated and tested the oc if the fault was not to fail for consumption now has more spending power to turn off without if it continues to fail is another thing can be voltage, chipset, ram, latencies, temperature if it seems to lack what you have large pieces and consume enough encourage you if you teach to work with 2 sources in parallel.

I am no expert, it's just a couple of weeks he started, but saw in the second catch put the cpu `z, it is possible that your problem is the value of the HT link is not even his full name but as I read this value should not exceed 1000 or your pc will become unstable, you should check ...

Sorry for the delay... I buy a fountain, and the problem persists it ... now I'm trying values in the bios to see if the problem can be arranged from there... in the case can not be fixed, by default... Mother would then issue??... Hopefully not
Look ... is suddenly the pc restarts well...
