    Default Q8200 Overclockers

Greetings for friends. I recently joined this forum and I think all they do here is excellent ... congratulations!

Well going to my questions, just got a Q8200 and a motherboard micro Biostar M7-SE GF7050v good point is not how to overclock with this motherboard I have tried everything but my micro does not raise the frequency, always the mark 2.33 @ 2.34 in the properties of the team, just shows me a small change with the CPU-Z told me that this micro 3.5 GHz could not be if someone knows how to make a good overclock (at least 2.83 GHz) with this motherboard, would be nice to me and showed that the performance of the BIOS menu only lets me change the FSB and other stuff before I overclock a one GHz P4@3.2 did reach 3.67 GHz MB ea but allowed me to directly change the speed CPU, well now thanks!

Not if that mother is strong enough to support the consumption of a quad, is very small.
The good news is that it is a complete change, you often and voltages, but I do not think that this mother to get to 500 MHz fsb needed to achieve 3.5 GHz.

I think if you can get to 2800. Did you read and guides on how to do it? They have to be right there in the mother such options.

I have a friend that Biostar board is super good and I have an E2180 to 3100 MHz x 2 and zero drama despite the very basic menu is very comprehensive luck.

It is a quad with a multi of 7; it takes much fsb and the mother support this consumption, to hold that frequency.

I'm just the same that my configuration is this:
    Intel DG45ID
    Q8200

Any guide I can recommend since I am new to this and the more or less drawn to the processor!
