    Default Geforce 8400

    I have a question.
Recently purchased a Biostar geforce 8400 gs of ignorance I bought thinking I was going to pay for games but this is beyond my expectations, here is the question I would like to make a little overclock

I put 545 of the core and memory 400 that is the problem. Why the riva tuner will not let me go from there? I have heard that other than 8400 will spend 500.

What you should do is raise 5 or 10MHz of the memos, but you want me tell you something, I do not think you can get much further, that card is only 64 bits. So you can not do much. Sorry. I had an Asus EN8500GT, super good, it took 41% of the OC clock and almost 20% of the memos, hair, now, me I threw the worst of the above and I bought in a ZOTAC GF9600GT, a which still does not put you hand over the power, indeed, yesterday he got the memos and the clock, and the cord was burned! I recommend making an effort to jump a little higher, or maybe you can sell and make part payment!

Whatever it reaches the oc is amazing, making it worth while to save another.

Use the same gpu, so at least the frequency of the GPU can match, but not of the memos that may be different.

The upper case is the same as yelling at a forum, and reviews a bit.

There is no way to overclock this model card or not?
I mean, I mentioned that "I did" not say "as I did".

If is easy to use, I stick with the EVGA precision tool, also makes de-synchronize the shader clock, and can climb a little further gpu.

    Excellent....
shame that I am a novice, no understanding at all, using the program or programs, the use... would greatly help some benchmarks?

Example, which is damn shader clock?
Or to do some basic manual overclocking...

    Thanks before hand...

Manuals abound everywhere, is something to look for a bit, here is the same one: show topic=72513.

The idea is to just go up to each individual frequency, testing the stability of the vga to find the safe maximum. Generally provide more performance reports overclocked (for vga), but that does not mean you do not spend time at other frequencies (and shaders gpu is if the vga geforce 8 series and up).
