Default OC on the ram memory

Hello everybody, the law on another day they could overclock the memory to ram, my issue is not so much because the processor to use the pc as well and this gives me cuckoo shorten its useful life ... the question was as follows ... now I have problems of instability in the pc and that is that every time the pc give some "hitches" of about 5 to 15 seconds and suddenly every time and I think more can be a problem with the voltage or the timing of the ram, (usually I do many tasks in a row pc So I do not think it by excessive use of resources), if so, to be able to achieve a better oc? I feel that no longer take 2 GB of ram.

The characteristics of my pc are:
    Processor Type: Intel Pentium 4 631, 3000 MHz (15 x 200)
Hard Disk: WDC WD16 00AAJS-00WAA0 SCSI Disk Device (149 GB)
    Motherboard Name: Asus P5VD2-VM SE (2 PCI, 1 PCI-E x1, 1 PCI-E x16, 2 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Video, LAN)
    Motherboard chipset: VIA P4M900
    DIMM1: Kingston 9905316-005.A04LF 1 GB DDR2-667 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-15 @ 333 MHz) (4-4-4-12 @ 266 MHz) (3-3-3-9 @ 200 MHz )
    DIMM2: 9905316-005.A04LF Kingston 1 GB DDR2-667 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-15 @ 333 MHz) (4-4-4-12 @ 266 MHz) (3-3-3-9 @ 200 MHz )

Property memory module (2 modules 1 gb):
    Module name: Kingston 9905316-005.A04LF
Module Size: 1 GB (2 ranks, 4 banks)
    Memory Type: DDR2 SDRAM
    Memory speed: DDR2-667 (333 MHz)
    Module Width: 64 bit

oc with a ram to make it more balance in the system? and if I do, would shorten the life of my memory ram?

In advance thank you very much!

To the memory overclocked, overclocked the cpu need, or that is left is their lower latencies for more performance.

To me your problem is on the other hand, it would be better to try to reinstall the operating system.

That did it 3 times (and re-formatting) and always the same and no gave me error...

Can lower latencies to get more performance?

I think you should make the procedure oc, since you automatically OCEA reports, you should relax the latencies to 5-5-5-15 and down to 266mhz and see how much you can take longer to process the reports together, test stability with orthos or read the first 95 and a guide to conduct and that no one fish.

    Greetings

I was on my way to my Celeron D 335, 2.8GHz. I made an OC to 3.31 GHz and the problem was forgotten.

The solution, in my eyes, this is definitely an OC.
