Remember that the overclock is possible but not 100% sure, maybe your CPU and found a narrow and therefore not more, I do not think the memories are the cause. But equally, an increase of 1GHz and is considered a high-oc, I can only go up to 333MHz without the source I die ...
Did you try lowering the speed of the memories? I know that my case does not compare at all with this, but I can only get when ocear reports to 266MHz, bringing to 300, without it, Windows does not start, or restart a minute.
You do not have to worry so much, it's just an OC, and you have given them pretty well, which reaches temperatures?
