I am entirely new at this and see if I wanted to help my overclocked process is core 2 quad Q6600corre 2,400 MHz and I would leave it in 3.000mhz if I have help with the whole issue of refrigeration and bios and all that is not much yet.

One of the guides here at the forum, but more importantly, knows the risks of overclocked. It would also be good to say you have a source.

Not too hard to get to 3000, I believe that unless a C2Q, but at that level the CPU is too hot and those fans who bring the cheap Intel now.
