I need help Overclocking my processor

Look, do not know anything about OC ... and would like to know if I can OC my processor ... (1.6 GHz Intel Celeron 420)

Here are its specifications:

Processor Number: 420
CPU Speed: 1.60 GHz
Bus Speed: 800 MHz
Bus / Core Ratio: 21
L2 Cache Size: 512 KB
L2 Cache Speed: 1.60 GHz

Well I would like to know how to OC to OC and as far I can.
