    Default Help overclocking my PC

Son's new in this overclock (4 months ago and I'm reading reports and 1 month I have the computer).

First of all I'm going to show the machine that have:

    CPU: AMD Athlon64 X2 4400 + AM2 "Brisbane" 65nm 65W
    Memory: 2x1024 Kingston DDR2-667 CL5
HDD: Maxtor 6G160E0 (160.0 GB) SATA II (System)
    Samsung SP1604N (160.0 GB) IDE
    ASUS EN7300GT TOP (SLI Support)
    Power: MAXSILENT 420W

Well, the thing is that I have to overclock the machine a week ago and no problem. The CPU is manufactured from 2300 MHz and I could go up to 2906 MHz, which falls over the system with a blue screen, which I think is a memory error (the theory of the battery) and can not upload more.

    Technical Data:

    Multiplier: 11
    FSB: 264
    CPU (Core): 2906
    RAM (CPU / 9): 2906 / 9: 322.9

The speed of the memories I got to 533 (in BIOS), as it gives me a 667 not the CPU speed (not the computer starts).
    I got the CPU to 1.45 V.
The reports are at 1.8 V.
I have the original fan of AMD.
    The CPU works in IDLE 21 ° C and 25 ° C. FULL in between 53 ° C and 55 ° C.

Which means that error of "blue screen" Windows?
I need to change, better reports to DDR2-800? (I bought DDR2-667 that the page indicated that DFI 667 stand up ... but that is not true).
It is the top speed of this processor is that?

Well, thank you in advance for the time spent on helping all ...

I do not know to look both oc, but I think perhaps the source q is limiting you, I at least had trouble ocear because my source is as generic and 450W then prefer to change it for a cooler master 600W and then oc .. have that sound card sucks maybe a lot of energy, plus the video card consumes very same and hope others in the forum, so perhaps you might tell me or talking toy, there will, with luck the oc!

    Hi,

I have a power of 425 W... here is one of the best..... And it is not so cheap ...... € 60. .... Now that I stop the asynchronous memories, I tell them that the issue of memories I did not understand very well..... I would ask with pleasure to help me.

    Thanks in advance.

Try to see if we have progress

    Multi 11.5
    FSB 261
    Memos in the divider 533
    The Vcore at 1.5

Treated me well and when you give in MHz ram ...

Look, eh, and had very little time on leave eh, eh why not able to respond.

Tested much with the settings of the motherboard ... but eh not able to reach 3.0 GHz at the moment.... I managed to put the synchronous memories (so they say?) And managed to raise the speed to 2938 MHz now, do not you think that.... but when I try to give the FSB the computer is not starting.

We also note that you buy a heat sink and the CPU temperature is no problem (idle 23 ° - 45 ° full) and buy a new source with more power.

Now the configuration of my computer becomes:

    FSB: 266
    HT Link: 1068
    RAM: 266 (synchronous) (CPU/11)
    VRAM: 2.0 v
    Core: 2937.89 MHz

Perhaps it suffices to think.... but, according to the Everest holds maximum 3.0 GHz processor ...

If I switch the frequency of the RAMs 533 (400 are in) the computer, but when I go surfing or copy a CD, blue screen and restarts.

On previous settings you gave me does not work, because when I turn the computer listening to a long beep (as if there had RAMs) and restart with the message that bad overclock....

Well, I hope you had a good holiday and I hope your answer with pleasure.

    Greetings
