    Default Overclocking AMD x2 3800+

    Hi, I have this computer:
    AMD x2 3800
    2 x 1 Gb Kingston 667 MHz
    M55Plus-S3G
    x1950pro

I am fairly new to the issue of OC, and would like to know how can I upload my processor (I had thought 2500 or 2600), so I also read the reports come into play. It is possible to increase the processor without having to touch the memories? How should I configure in BIOS. Or if someone has a team like that tell me about how he has done to make the system stable. Do not understand much of OC, and I've read a lot out there, I just learned too.

Hopefully someone will respond, I expect the same response ... AMD says that the results in 300MHz of "gift" for which there would be no problem even with Overclocked without changing ventilation.

I have the same process and a plate and epoxy af550g rose to 250 fsb multi XON I stay at 10 in 2500 MHz. The problem is that my memos and my fan as I am with the original AMD. I have some DDR2 buffalo 667 GB, 1 and had to drop to 400.

Actually it tries to easily reach that speed and also at 2700 MHz but without evidence to improve ventilation.

    So no more testing.

    Greetings.

I recommend you find that there are many post on these sites where you can see what they doing.

Synchronous and asynchronous overclock there. Found that what the memos and multi should use. Multiplier that is your process? Vcore default? Sees the data first.

If you want to try and go up to 2 MHz FBUS until unstable (being reset) and you'll know that this is the synchronous border. Even if you want to check the rising and Vcore upload, your memos will find a cap that much Vcore you upload is not stabilized.
