Well along with my theme, I presented a problem with an Ati 9200, apparently has a kind of anti-overclock ... I tried to take away with Ati Tool (is an option to remove), but the problem is you removed but the changes are not saved, i.e. overclock but at reboot or when entering the game, the values of memory and the kernel will be reset to default.....

I do not think that is the card, but may well be a thing of drivers, or maybe the operating system. Once I have enough of problems with the system, quickly finish formatting.

But I think that could be removed drivers, rebooting and re-set.
