Athlon 64 overclocking

Hello all

I have a problem which is not going to wave. I have a pci express Athlon 64 with two ram, a 256mb of a 1g and are not of the same brand, have a power source, generic, pc TRONIX 500W, the change that I was told that it could be because power source that was declining, now I have a cooler master 600W and the problem persists. When I open the games starts to download and in minutes (on) I get a blue screen and restart, then it can not be told that it could also be incompatible ram cards, but I prefer the opinion of professionals will be very grateful if you could help me.

Greetings to all

Hi!!!

First a question, your processor, you have not Overclocked or ...?? Guess not:

When these things happen on the PC, people are often quick to blame the source or the memories, but it could be thousands of reasons...!!! So it is useless to start changing components "just in case."

Where that blue screens is because Windows XP was a serious error and the operating system had to stop to fix the problem, we need to know what the error that occurred was.

The first thing you have to do is write down the error that appears on the screen and the error number below.

I'm going to have to mention what I would do to know it's really ... to control panel then administrative tools then event viewer.... There you see the error caused the crash .... You will most likely tell you that the error is caused by device drivers (which indicates a common hardware).... configuring bad and well the error cause the crash....

Now we are 100% sure the hardware error is not ruling out more go ... when a memory address that the system is not bad but it falls stays stagnant so you will most likely not be a problem of bad memos but poorly configured… latencies in each module incompatible memos ... you mention this because I too go down to my memos latencies the system starts but crashes when you choose ... or time to open anything that is ... the system was unstable super ...

Hello

Find out what your problem most likely lies started when I download a security update for windows...

There are several ways to solve them ... manually which is not recommended if you do not drive much of the structure or operating system automatically ... is to go to a restore point prior to the installation and the adjustment of security ... this is MS05-051 update ... how to do is go to start-programs - accessories - system tools - system restore here ... looking for a point before the installation of bulletin MS05-051.
