Overclocking my Sempron 3000 +

I am new to all this the overclock and I do not understand much about the issue, well my problem is I saw a guide on Athlon xp the problem is that not make the cover as c,,, I recommend to remove it without damaging? I know it sounds silly but I do not to risk breaking it.

Plate model that I have which is a via chip, but what is a model with integrated video that mark, if integrated with video, I see the difficult or almost nothing you can do Oc.

With respect to the graph... if it has integrated 64 MB, but uses an NVIDIA GeForce FX5200 256mb motherboard is gigabyte brand and model is k8m800-8237 ... help!

I see these so badly, that mobo is not much you can oc to the fullest you can upload one FSB, but I think it just gives you up to 250, try going out there as.
