The problem is that you are using single channel of memory thus using only half the memory bandwidth available to processor.

Use two separate Memory modules in dual channel configuration to achieve better performance and let the processor in question unleash its power of processing!

Under CPU-Z memory tab shows Channel# as single which means you are using single channel. If you are using 2 memory modules then refer to motherboard manual/ support guide to put them in dual channel configuration.
