I just upgraded 3 days ago from my Asus M3A (770/SB600) to Gigabyte. I have always been an Asus fan, this is the first time in 3 years I have strayed away from Asus. I have been exploring a new board because the M3A was not upgradeable to work with Deneb (PII) cores. So I was capable to sell my board and Talisman 8450 to a friend (he is upgrading from a single core P4).

I flashed BIOS from F2 ---> F2b use AAC, he proclaimed "Phenom II X4 20" unfortunately, I was not able to boot into Vista64. I am not confident if the BIOS or just a very bad base 4, but I did not examine further, I knew that even if I was able to get under 4, over clocking would be unacceptable.

I suggest this board to anyone who needs a decent mid-upper range board; as a matter of fact this board may become a famous AM2+ board, because is has so much decent cost. The board+ CPU cost me under $260... Not bad for a combo that can blow away any Intel C2D and run head to head with the mid to upper range C2Qs.
