Default Monitor CPU fever in window Vista

I want to know how I can check the CPU temperature in Windows Vista. There is no CPU temperature indicator in Task manager -> Performance. Also I cannot look to find a Vista well-suited CPU temperature monitoring software. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

There are lots of programs that you can use with Motherboard Monitor making its rounds on the suggestion lists, but I just use Everest since it is already installed. Its main function is to recognize all components of the PC and check their status, but under the sensors can also report the CPU, HD, and the case Temps, with fan speeds.
