Thread: Can graphic cards be overclocked

Every time when I play games, my system slows down, and face lag while playing games during the game. At first I thought it would be processor problem, but other application works fine. So I think it would be maybe something wrong with graphic card? Is it possible to overclock graphic card? Please reply me as soon as possible.

Yaa, it’s possible to overclock graphic cards.

Though, Overclocking CPU is the most common type of overclocking which occurs frequently. Overclocking a GPU is a less common process than overclocking a CPU, and also, it’s more difficult. One of the reasons for that is that a graphics card’s BIOS is not as simply accessible as a motherboard’s.
