Thread: How to Over clock extra a slower C2Q?

My Question is that can Faster C2D overclock over a slower C2Q?
I don't care if your chief focus is gaming, encoding or surfing, I just want your opinion. Please give some suggestion.

I would myself go for a faster C2D. My usage doesn't really include the reward that Quad-cores offer.

I'd go for a slower quad-core, simply since I can't resist receiving more CPU (ie more transistors) for my money. Considering that the current Pentium-D is fast enough for everything I do except video training, I don't see any point in receiving a fast dual-core.
