I recommend you to use unlocked multiplier for cores and L3/NB. First try to oc. your CPU without. In numbers of cases, with rev. B3, Black Edition CPU's, you will possibly achieve higher clock speed with ACC off. Indeed, you must use FAN for your Thermal take V1 cooler. Reactive cooled solution for such extreme overclock (3.4 GHZ) with voltage substantial voltage bump could not pass. Upper limit for core temp at this frequency is 55º at load. Your CPU at 1.3v already reaches 58º. For 3.4 GHZ you must raise voltage up to 1.5v.
