This HP machine was purchase new. After altering out CPU and video card, my consideration I will OC a bit to boost the performance but, I don't think it's possible with this motherboard. On the BIOS page there is none of the in order desirable to OC.
Can I put in a dissimilar motherboard to fix this difficulty???

You can forever restore the motherboard with an aftermarket one that is well-matched with installed components of the PC. It as well has to be of the similar form factor for example ATX or mATX so that it fits the case properly. Which HP do you own?
